For interested people looking for sleeping quarters:

As far as crash space, I know our hospitler has been
gathering names for crash space, and is making a list
of people in the barony who have volunteered their
homes for events.  (Presuming to speak for her) I
would think it would be okay to contact her.  She can
provide names of people who've already said they have
spots.
