Although I must admit that my nephew, now serving on a sub out of Savannah
(I think) tells me he really likes it, but his father was Air Farce, so he
might be a bit "tetched in the head".  I'm sure His Excellency of Loch
Salann would say the Marines would be a better choice, but he's biased.

Carriers are the way to go, especially if you like fresh air and head room.
And you never have to sleep in a bunk that someone else just spent 12 hours
in. And you get to go to all the very same extra cool places that fast
attacks go. And your ship never sinks, on purpose or otherwise. And watching
flight operations on the flight deck is just too cool.
