[Artemisia] Uprising Marshals needed

I'm assuming you'd like authorized marshalls for this, Your Grace? Someone
like me would be kind of useless for it, even tho' willing.  ;o)
--Maire, who will more than likely be involved with the Wool contest, but
finds herself wondering about combat-authorized spinning wheels.....
