[Artemisia] Wonderful Kingdom Youth donation

On behalf of the Kingdom Youth Office, I did in person and would like to here extend enormous thanks to the Shire of Windgate for their generous donation to the Kingdom Youth Fund. A slight correction on Raven's comment, the money was donated to the Kingdom Youth Fund in general not specifically for the boffer program. That program falls under the Marshalate office and not under the Kingdom Youth Office. Again on behalf of the Kingdom Youth Office and the youth of Artemisia we send our thanks and appreciation out to all the members of the Shire of Windgate.
