Greetings good cousins

Many Questions have been asked about Baron's War, so here are the answers: 

Related to site or food

Q:    Do we have to pre-pay site in order to reserve for the weekend meal deal? 

A:    No (unless as above you want to reserve some space for your RV).  The meal deal however is 
       only available via pre-paid reservations postmarked no later than July 30th. 

Q:     Is there space for RV's? 

A:     RV space is very limited, but we do have room for a few.  If you need us to reserve you some 
        space, please include the dimensions of your portable home along with your pre-paid site fees
        so that we may plan accordingly.  There are no RV hookups available at this site.

Related to volunteers

Q:    Is kitchen help still needed? 

A:    The teams that are cooking have already been defined, however if you have a skill or would like to lend 
       a hand in this area, I'm sure those who are doing the cooking would welcome the extra hands. 

        I am currently looking for someone who bakes great bread.  If that would be you and you 
        would be interested in helping us in this area, please contact me off list. 

        We need additional grills... as we are cooking a lot of babyback ribs for this event... if you have a 
        large gas grill that would be willing to bring, we'd appreciate it.  (we're looking for the kind you use 
        for a backyard barbeque, not the big two burner stoves used to heat water, etc.... however we could 
        use some extra's of those as well.  If you have either you'd like to let us use, please contact me off 
        list. 

        We can always use extra hands serving and cleaning. 

Q:    Other Volunteers - what's needed? 

A:     Everything - most importantly we need folks to sign up for evening security, youth services and 
        waterbearing. We will have need for additional marshals, etc.  If there is another area you would like to 
        help us in, please let us know. 

        We will be holding a volunteer bag raffle, those volunteers who sign up in advance will receive extra 
        tickets. 

Royal presence

Q:     Will there be royals on site? 

A:     We will of course be in the presence of Ulric Baron of Loch Salann and our cousins to the north, the 
        mighty Thorvald and the lovely Bianca.  It is our understanding that both His Majesty and His Highness 
        have decided it would be in the best interest of their people if they were to come to this     
        event and help 'control' their barons who have been aggressively challenging each other over this relic 
        for many months now.  I'm guessing they would really like to take  the relic for themselves, they are 
        after all the great and mighty King and Prince of all of Artemisia. So yes, they will be here.  

        Her Majesty and Her Highness have responsibilities elsewhere (they will be traveling to the Dragon's 
        Tear event in Stan Wyrm), so please join us in wishing them a safe journey. 

        I have also heard that we may have visitors from the Outlands and other far places.  If we do, please 
        make them feel welcome.
