let me tell you, this shire is *excited* about you coming to see us at
the love revel. as minister of arts and sciences, i obviously have a
vested interest in the goings of of the event and shire. it is our
objective, on the part of the shire leadership, to support the
combative arts as we may, but our real goal is to redefine Stan Wyrm
within Artemisia as a safehold and mustering point of the arts and
sciences. i, of all people (boy, let me tell you...) would love it if
you (between the two of you or each individually if you like) would
perhaps prepare a class on a topic that you think would further and
benefit the shire and region. 

Alan, believe me when i say that i'm really trying to calm down the
saint/peeps pranks around here in preparation for your visit, but we
both know that there's no way i'm going to be able to quell them all.
aforehand, my apologies for my cohorts' jokes. 

Corisande, illumination is an area that i'm particularly interested in
fostering here. i have plenty of materials if you'd like to touch on
that. also, it would move toward our good Saint's name were he to poke
fun at himself, say, if the miraculous banner of the little yellow
birds were to appear. alas, i can eat them only if they be barnacle
geese as it is lenten time and i have no indulgences to invoke.

Jedders, i hope you're having fun with your boffers and beating up your
brother. wear your armor; i hear the feasting order is determined by
right of arms

Chris, take care of yourself and or God's sake, don't run your parents
into the poorhouse at Best Buy. I hope you can join all of us in acting
wierd and wearing funny clothes. WAIT!!the mundanes wear the funny
habiliments, we are all wearing respectable garb.
