[Artemisia] Lets Welcome

It is my priveledge to announce the newest member of Artemisia.  Ysabel de
Lille & Aethric (Kim & Spencer) are the happy new parents of Katriel Eowyn
Collier, born at 7:53 3/24/2006 7# 9oz. 20 1/2" long.  Baby looks prettier
than the momie (and that says alot), and both are doing wonderful at Mt View
Hospital in Idaho Falls.  She is not expected to go home till Monday,
visitors are of course welcome.  (Delivery was by C-Section).
