[Artemisia]BoD Question

Not off the top of my head.  The ones I can think of that I actually *know*
(it's Thursday, so my brain is tired) are either people who've been
permanently banished, like Aveloc, or Mark&Jacqueline, or people who've had
some other sort of time-limited sanction imposed.  I know there are other
people who've gone through R&D in other kingdoms, but I'm not familiar with
the specifics.
