[Artemisia] Scruffy the Master Smooge

<div>Scruffy was one of the first people I met when I
found the SCA.&nbsp; We spent a lot of time together
when he lived in Logan.&nbsp; We sat around for many
hours one day and he helped me pick out my name and
then he was the herald when I got my AOA and he
pronounced my name wrong!&nbsp; For the next several
events he would make a big deal about calling me by my
full name.</div>  <div>&nbsp;</div>  <div>He was an
incredible friend and I'm glad I spent all those days
with him.&nbsp; He was the best listener and had great
patience!!!&nbsp; I guess my fondest memory of him was
the first Estrella war after he had moved away from
Logan.&nbsp; He saw me from quite some distance away,
yelled my name to get my attention, then RAN all the
way over to me to see me.&nbsp; When he finally got
there he feel down at my feet and hugged my
legs.&nbsp; I asked if he was ok and he said that he
was just so glad to see me.&nbsp; (later he confessed
that he was actually winded and didn't want me to
know).&nbsp; He left some Royalty waiting on him while
he did this.</div>  <div>&nbsp;</div>  <div>I love
him, I miss him and I know he is in a great place
probably having a wonderful time!&nbsp; I am honored
to be a member of the Golden Sun in Splendor.</div>
