There is nothing on that site from Artemisia either in 'registered', 'returns' or 'pending'

That's a copy of an explanation I've sent to more submitters than I can 
count.

Your device resubmission, as I said previously, was decided on in March. 
Since the March Laurel letter has just gone to draft, I suspect it will be 
published late this month or in early June, at the latest. All Laurel 
letters, by the way, are available on the Laurel website (surprise ;):
