[Artemisia] Happy Armed Forces Day!

Speaking of such things, I get out the start of October and was wondering
what sort of changes have happened over the last 4 years in the fencing
community.  Any changes/clarifications/new interpretations to the rules?  I
know Blackwing is no more, what other household options have shown up?  In
general, any info would be appreciated.
