You have 2 ways to get rid of ants that are "non-chemical".  One is to place 
a hose next to the hill, turn it on to a slow bit-more-than-a-trickle and 
let the water saturate the ground.  They don't like their feet wet so will 
gather up the babies, queen, and take a hike elsewhere.  The other thing you 
can do is put wet coffeegrounds all over the hill - they definitely do not 
like that.  Either way can take several days to a week.
