Raven optimistically volunteered:

I pulled this from the MSN.com daily TV listings:

>One mom goes on a luxury vacation in Palm Springs, Calif., and the other
>dresses up for a Renaissance fair; the women return to their own families
>and learn the stipulations for using their prize money.<

>From the description the Fox URL gives of the families' personalities and
values, it looks as if the show is setting up a confrontation between a
blue-collar military/ horse farming & materially self-reliant / deliberately
role-playing family vs a white-collar corporate / free-spending consumerist
/socially-self-conscious role-playing family.

My predictions: The trophy wife will be forced to get horse manure and
serious sweat under her manicured nails while the ranch wife will be forced
to match the color of her designer shoes to her expensive lipstick 24/7.
Both families will look down on the other for living in "fantasyland." Bet
on a cat fight between the pragmatic equestrienne and the shopaholic
daughter, and most likely a near-breakdown when the no-nonsense Marine
criticizes the beauty queen for her physical incompetance.

Both women will come away affirming their usual values but yearning for the
good elements they found in their temp families (yeah, like that's a
shocker.) The only real question is who will ultimately prove the villain:
The knightly dad who runs his home like a mounted fighting household or the
social-climbing dad who expects his family to present a flawless image of
conformist American prosperity.

The show is scheduled for a two-hour time slot...which means the show is
setting up the audience for Big Drama(tm).
