[Artemisia] Once again, Sad news

I too, can not believe Khudakhar is gone.  He was one of the first people I 
met in this Shire.  He had a way about him that could make any person feel 
welcome and a personality like no other.  I raise my glass to you Khud and 
say goodbye to a giant of a bear. You will be truly missed.
