[Artemisia] Duelist Circuit prize

Greetings all,

I have just been informed that the prize for the Duelist Circuit winner was 
a cloak with the Kingdom's device on it, crafted by Lady Kira of Loch 
Salann. I do remember seeing the cloak before Court, although I didn't know 
what it was for at the time. It is a gorgeous cloak!
