Would whoever knows Uilliam MacAindriu's current whereabouts please have him 
contact Yin Mei Li, acting Golden Pillar Herald, regarding his badge?  The 
telephone number Yin has for him does not work and he apparently does not 
check email, or perhaps old email addresses, often.
