I've attended archery events in a few different
kingdoms and I've never once seen membership cards
checked with exception of Troll.  

I was recently asked to teach a class consisting of a
few beginning archers by a Kingdom Archer General
knowing I was not a marshal and never once did he
inquire on whether I was a member.
