[Artemisia] got badge?

Good morning, all.

Earlier this year there was some discussion about the kingdom badge. 
Apparently the College of Heralds had rejected the first submission, and the 
second had yet to be approved. Would someone please zap me a copy of that 
second device? I need a picture as well as a verbal blazon.

It's for a (surprise!) Youth Ministry project.
