[Artemisia] Demo Volunteers for Medieval Festival

Greetings unto the magnificent Populace of Artemisia!
   
  We are in need of volunteers for a Demo at the UVSC Medieval Festival October 13th.
  When I was at Coronation Her Royal Majesty Tianna was kind enough to offer her attendance at the Demo. The Good Vicar of Loch Salann was also gracious enough to say that he would also lend a presence. We also have some fantastic people from the Shire of Arrows Flight that will be there to do some fighting and to show off some of the spectacular costume work that they have created. As wonderful as this will be for the Demo, we need more people to truly show the SCA off in all its glory and diversity. I have some heavy fighters and 2 rapier fighters but the more the merrier. It would be great if we could have some some of our Archers, some Court Dancers, some Belly Dancers as well as an Arts and Sciences display. If you cannot attend in person, perhaps you have something you can display. It would be treated with the utmost care and returned to you that evening.
  The time of the Demo is from 2:00 - 5:00 in the afternoon. There will be a tent set up for the SCA and room on the tournament field for the fighters. Many of us will already be nearby for Crown Tourney. It would not be more than a few minutes to attend the Demo - consider it a warm up from Tourney.
  For those who can attend the Demo, please contact me off list so that I may coordinate with the entertainment director of the festival. It is not necessary to attend the Demo for the full 3 hours; any time you can spend there would be appreciated.
