Ah, yes...tech support by script. I remember it well, especially  
after I told my DSL guy that I have a Mac, and he responded with,  
"Ok, so on your Windows XP desktop, click on 'Start', then 'Control  
Panels'..."

I hung up on him and figured it out myself.
