Greetings Good Gentles of Artemisia, 
I have read with interest the recent flurry of posts about background checks.  They do have their place but the purpose of this missive is not to further hash through the opinions and counter opinions. . . because of its nature,  it is a highly charged topic. 

What I am going to post is a link to a site that has a plan for child sexual abuse prevention. I know a single plan won't stop all abuse, but education and awareness go a long way in combating the evil that is child sexual abuse. Protecting our children is MY number one priority.
