I just wanted to say something really quick with respect to the comments
about "would you really want someone watching your children who didn't want
to have a background check done" statement.  Not everyone who's opposed to
the background check is opposed because they have something to hide.  Many
who oppose this do so because of their beliefs on privacy issues and their
concerns of the abuse of power.  Please don't assume someone has something
to hide just because they oppose something you are in favor of.
