[Artemisia] Event Emergency

I am not argueing that at all, I am just saying that if a set channel
were determined in advance it would facilitate that.

PS I do remember both of those occurances...and I think (if my memory
isn't too hazy) that I was one of the gentlemen that assisted in that.
