let's see- Apples? Period.  Peaches? Period. Oven? Period.  Dutch?  Period.

So, obviously, this should NOT be offered for general consumption at Coronation, you should bring it to my pavillion for proper disposal.  Just leave it with me, I'll take care of it.

That goes for all of those cheesecakes, too!

I make a kick-butt fruit crisp...using peaches or apples.  Would this be
a period thing?  (whether it is or not, it's good!)  I would cook it in
a dutch oven.

Cheesecake is period.  Hachmood Braden, current Artemisian Arts &
Sciences champion, made one for the A&S competition.  His recipe wass
from Platina and just because he was too lazy to smash up commercial
cream cheese, he made the cheese from milk.  LAZY boy!
Ok, just kidding - it was a wonderful cheesecake.
Hope yours is as good as the ones I've made to bring.  I used
commercial cream cheese so I know it's not in Braden's class . . . but
the populace may still enjoy it.

I hear her majesty will hand out a few tokens of appreciation for her
favorite desserts, so please bring them to Coronation!
