[Artemisia] Custardy Coolness

I just want to say:

Thanks for all this discussion on the making of custard. One of my goals 
this year is to make a period-correct Portuguese flan --  which, given my 
propensity for burning water, is more of a challenge than you might think. 
Yeah, I'll be depending on the Loch Salann Cooks' Guild to guide me.

It's nice to know what the common problems are before I start annihilating 
eggs.
