[Artemisia] Help needed

Greetings to one and all. Hope you had a wonderful holiday season and that you will have a great new year. 

The Estrella War folks would like to know how many of you in Artemisia would like to volunteer at Estrella and when you would like to volunteer. Whether you will be arriving early and if your pre-reg fees have been paid. 
Is there a group that would like a day (24 hrs) of guard duty? Is there a Knight that would like to have his/her squires doing a particular task? I'm getting pressure from the good gentles in the south so looks like it's time to raise the helium hand flag. 
So, if your going...........
when will you arrive, what would you like to volunteer to do, include name and email and a phone number or some way to contact you at war. 
Could you please provide this info to me by, next Friday? That would be wonderful, thank you.
