My Dear Ysabel,
We certainly all agree that my dear ward, Rat-boy, is to be on your list.  I
suggest that you address all of us in any discussion of his training in this
noble skill.
Certainly his mother, the lovely and talented Lady KyneWynn, has given her
permission for him to participate in this endeavor.
And . . . I acknowledge that THL Morgan has had more practice in court
heralding than I, so I will allow him to work with Rat-boy in such
endeavors, to exclude singing.
As his pverseeing Peer, I certainly encourage his training in this artform
as long as it does not interfer with his service to me.
And, it must be FUN.  (For Rat-boy, not you Morgan!)
So, since we are all agreed, Let it be so!

I have a "rat boy'  I can sacrifice to the cause, did you want an
apprentice?  (However, you may have to wait until his voice Matures for him
to be heard.) Until then,  he is a great errand boy.  :)
