The Estrella site has finally posted a schedule for Arts & Science classes:

Lots of emphasis on different cultures of garb, several embroidery styles, 
and prep for next year's arts competition. Not so much combat styles this 
year. Maestro Nicollo is teaching his Italian dances, and Her Majesty has a 
particularly amusing class lined up for the first day.
