[Artemisia] Pennsic Largesse reminder

Greetings unto the Noble Populace of Artemisia!

Their Majesties will be leaving for Pennsic War the Thursday after Baron's 
War.  Please, if you have largesse that you would like to send with Them, 
bring it to Baron's War and present it to them.  If you are unable to make 
it to that event, you can snail mail it to:

You'll need to get it in the mail no later than Monday, July 23.  This will 
allow time for shipping and packing.

Their Majesties are not on these list, but do thank all those who have given
