[Artemisia] Fire Restrictions for Barons War

Greetings, all
The message about fire restrictions for another event reminds me...
NO Tiki torches will be allowed at Barons War.  Enclosed lanterns (candle, propane, etc) are allowed.  Also, only above ground fire pits can be used, and there must be an extinguisher or water bucket next to the fire pit.
