I have read "Dies the Fire", and then passed along for others to read.  I have not read the other two suggested readings.  With this being fire season, and a bang-up fire season at that, I doubt I will get to them until November.

Which reminds me ... I should find out where my copy ended up so that I might, at some point, retrieve it.
