Due to the flash flooding and severe weather conditions in and around
the site area of Ash Fork Arizona, Highlands War XIII has been
cancelled.

A notice will be going up on the website within the next couple of
hours. Those who have pre-registered with ACCEPS will be contacted
within the next few days in order to recieve thier refunds. Merchants
will contacted individually in order to process their refunds as well.

I wish to personally thank Lady Violet Elliot, HE Gunnar and Saeun, and
the rest of the Highlands War Staff for all of their hard work and
dedication. I also wish to personally thank all of those members of the
popluace that have supported the War and Barony for your kind words and
encouragement.

It truly pains me more than you know to cancel this event, but the
safety of the members of this Kingdom is paramount and I could not in
good concience continue the event with the possibilty of flooding and
extreme weather conditions.

look forward to being able to serve the Kingdom in the future.
