Yes, Bethoc is correct.  The artisans who win each of the ten categories 
will win a prize, regardless of where they hail from.  The war point will go 
to either Loch Salann or Gryphon's Lair, based on the highest number of 
winning entries from their respective artisans or artisans who have allied 
with them.  If that is not clear, please let me know . . .
