[Artemisia] Uprising Suggestion

Hello All,

The Uprising site is ready for you!  All the work is completed, the fighting 
bridge is begging to be used, as is the broken field.

Weather forecast is looking pretty good.

The camping area is primarily a pasture.  The grass has been doing very well 
this year, and got a bit taller than I expected.  As a result of that, you 
may want to consider a weed whacker to trim back any really tall grass in 
your camps.  Most places won't need it, but it may be nice in a couple of 
other places.  And it's really not necessary at all, just something to 
consider.

Safe travels to Uprising, and expect a _really_ good time.
