A HUUUUUUGGGGEEEE thank you again to everyone who donated of their time and their talents to this Uprising!!! It would not have run nearly as smoothly as it did without all of you!  We know that not everyone logged in their hours with us, competition, group, individual, or not, and we're stunned by the amount of time and work all of you put into making this event work so amazingly well.

For everyone in the Volunteer Competition, our Most Sincere Thanks, and you guys are amazing!  Hours logged in the volunteer competition totalled over 800, with none of these hours from the Barony of 1000 Eyes or the Uprising Guard.  Wow.  We were floored. We can only imagine how many hours were NOT accounted for by individuals, and the thought is very humbling.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.  We simply can't say it enough.  For everyone not at Uprising, the winners of the Volunteer Competition were the Pirates of Tortuga (no one who was Staff or Uprising Guard counted, just to let you all know!)  followed VERY closely by the Shire of Cote du Ciel.  Both of these groups logged WELL over 200 hours, with only about 12 hours between the two of them!  14 groups participated in the competition, and everyone seemed to have a real blast.  I know we did!

Also, for the Volunteer Competition, anyone wishing to log in their hours as a group for time spent after 5pm on Saturday, PLEASE contact us directly with that information so that you've got your head start for next year!  Remember that any hours done after the above time count as double for next year's competition.

A massive thank you also goes out to the Uprising Guard for the, as usual, countless hours they put in to make this event do as well as it did!
