[Artemisia] The volunteering at Artemisia thread

I admit I was a little put off when I first read the voluneering at
Urpising missive and believe me I've volunteered many an hour at an
Uprising.  It did sound like it was going to be a requirement.  However
Ysebel has iterated and re-iterated that volunteering was not required and
that the wording was a little off.  Can we please not continue to beat her
up for it?
