Earc,
the thing that is actually rather amusing to me is
that this really _IS_ an official grand council
motion (the motion is to include the "supplemental
report" as an addendum to the regular official GC
report - which is, no kidding, due on April 1 at
the corporate office in Milpitas).  And it was really
seconded as a motion officially over the weekend.
According to GC procedure, as a seconded motion,
there should be now an official vote on it - and votes
take time.  When I wrote the silly thing, I was hoping
that this might happen (being seconded and maybe
even voted on for real) - and this is why it's two weeks
early - because things up for vote need time to be
voted on.  I was thinking it would be one of my better
ploys if the document were really voted on officially
for inclusion in the GC quarterly report.  I will be quite
happy with the world if some our the humor-impaired
self-important sticks-in-the-mud on the GC actually
play along and vote on the silly thing.  ;-)
