[Artemisia] Judging Cordials ATTN ESEBELL!

There have been a few things in the thread that confuse me: 1) the
reason for which too many people are so engrossed in craziness for
cordials, and 2) all seem to agree that period doctors' herbal
thingamabobs did nothing at all. 

Let's revisit Constance de la Rose and methelin. Perhaps Esebell,
former demon queen, can be of assistance in explaining the (chuckle)
absolute inefficacy of herbal tinctures such as methelin and for what
purpose methelin is "not effective" for.
