[Artemisia] Groups in Wyoming.........

I doubt that there would be much rancorous debate about Cody being of Artemisia versus Outlands...the nearest Outlands Shire (Plattefordham in Casper Wyoming) is over 200 miles down the road...and then there would be another 180 miles to the next Outlands group.  That distance doesn't sound very reasonable.
