[Artemisia] Artemisia's Oldest Event

I would check with Sir Michael because I think this
was his event and it predates me moving to Artemisia
from Atenveldt.  That was some 25 years ago.

Defender Tourney, Baroness' Champion and who can
forget Soltice were very well established events at
that time too.
