preparations commence, please be aware of some important deadlines.  

LAST DAY YOU CAN:

OCT 31, 2007: Pre-register for admission by MAIL with a CHECK
NOV 17, 2007: MAIL Merchant Packets
DEC 10, 2007: PAY for Gatebook Ads
DEC 15, 2007: Pre-register for admission by MAIL with CASHIER'S CHECK or
MONEY ORDER 
JAN 1, 2008: Get Permission for Film Crews/Commercial Photographers to film
JAN 12, 2008: Pre-register ENTRIES in Arts & Sciences Competition
JAN 31, 2008: Pre-register for admission ONLINE
