  I would like to teach a sausage making class and a fresh cheese making class. In a perfect world, I would like to just be in the kitchen, and teach as many class sessions as people are interested in throughout the day. Cost for the cheese class is $3 plus bring a gallon of whole milk. The sausage class will cost somewhere between $5 and $8 dollars, depending on the current price of the ingredients. Would it be possible to have people who are interested in taking either class to email me and let me know? It would make planning so much easier.
