Greetings again,
   
  For all planning on attending St. Pyr's on April 26, following is the menu as will be prepared by Her Excellency, Mistress Rebecca Chadderton. If you would like to reserve your seats, please contact her. 
   
  Again, the site is no longer in Wellsville. It will be held at the Whittier Community Center, 290 North 400 East in Logan.

A FEAST TO HONOR ST. PYR

(Recipes based on those in a 14th-century and two 16th-century German
cookbooks)

FIRST COURSE
A Good Roast (marinated and grilled beef) with Onion Relish
Horseradish Sauce
Pear-Mustard Sauce
Rice in Broth
Composed Salad of Marinated Vegetables

SECOND COURSE
Rosemary Chicken
Spinach and Cheese Krapfen (ravioli)
Cream of Mushroom Soup

THIRD COURSE
Lebkuchen (gingerbread--St. Pyr's favorite dessert)
Pear Tarts
Apple Tarts

The feast is limited to 50 diners. Reservations are not required,
