The schedule conflict was brought up to the Ren Faire staff, and they  
accepted that the SCA would not be able to attend in great numbers on the  
conflicting weekend.  
 
We hope that anyone from BGL and Cote du Ciel (or any points  further north) 
that are not able to make the trip to Arrow's Flight will be  able to attend 
the Ren Faire, and perhaps assist Mst. Rebecca.  
 
With so many fun options happening that weekend, nobody should be doomed to  
sit at home being bored.
