[Artemisia] Kingdom Zipcodes Update

Hello All!!

 

Sorry, I am really late in this, I inadvertently had this list turned
off.  Didn't mean to ignore you wonderful people. J

 

Here is the official status of the Kingdom Zipcodes. 

 

1.       Yes, we successfully traded the Outlands for the lands in and
around Cody, WY. They are Artemisia.  (For the record we gave up Aspen,
CO.)  (Annabella, I'll send you and Bryan the info you need off-list and
from the Kingdom Account, this is my work address. )

2.       Meridian, ID and the 3 zips around Glenn's Ferry, ID are being
addressed. (I spoke to Atenveldt and got ourselves on the same page, and
those codes have been updated in our new Kingdom ZipSort and theirs.)

3.       The group forming in Montana also has new zips to be added to
our list. 

 

The process to update the SCA Registry requires us to resubmit ALL of
our local codes in a mass inclusive list. This frankly has not been done
in some time so there was a lot of clerical cleanup work to do.  That
list is nearly ready.  Once it is, I will send it up to the Registry and
they will do their magic.  Long story short...This issue is being worked
on by a cadre of hardworking people, and it is nearly complete.  I
personally made the decision to do one BIG update rather than doing 3
separate updates.  It is also needed for the Kingdom Domesday, so it's
all very timely. 

 

Ultimately, this run of paperwork should solve all of the problems
discussed recently on the Aerie. It will still take time to effect.
Please be patient with us. J  As someone stated earlier, the easiest
thing you as an individual can do to help out, is go online and verify
your own mailing information.  If it's wrong there, nothing we do will
fix that.
