Greetings!

For those who are not up on such things, the allusions are all over the 
armory.

The badge, of a zebra carrying an abbot's crook, refers to an album 
cover. In the UK, pedestrian crossings over roads are called zebra 
crossings. Abbot = abbey.

The beetles on the shield are obvious, but the motto may not be so 
obvious. It should translate to 'All you need is love'. The bird with a 
recorder should refer to the recording studios somehow.
