[Artemisia] Party at Estrella War?

I have been asked by Q'adi Dahoud and Elise to find out about the party at Estrella War that was put out on the aerie approximately 4 - 6 weeks ago.  If anyone has any information please get back to me so that I can pass it along.  They do not subscribe to the aerie email so I will be forwarding it to them.
