Hi Maire,

Yes, I think so.  As a matter of fact, with some planning, I
suspect we could get it still warm from the cow if that
would work better.  Hmmm, this sounds like a collegium class
all by itself!

Malkin, I'm sure someone from our brick oven bakers will
pipe up here on the yeast offer you made.  It's kind of out
of my area of knowledge, but I suspect it would be welcomed!
