My Christian friend was right. It is not on that weekend. It is on Friday through Sunday of the next 2 weekends. (and I plan to be at the Arts & Sciences competition.)
 
I also know it starts the the same weekend as Middleastern War (Saturday, right?). Hopefully we can at least have a presence here on that first weekend even if it is small and even just a set-up display (or period camp) for that first Saturday (the 10th). Mother's day is Sunday the 11th and the faire was packed last year on that day! 
 
It will be an excellent demo day if we can work it out.
