Another thing to consider HL Morgan, is the building would belong to the
property owner, not the SCA. We may have a vested interest in it's
development and upkeep, but it wouldn't be "ours."

A very valid point, Dear Maistreas, and of course as such His Grace Alan could build anything from a simple altar in a small oak grove up to and including his own personal Hagia Sophia, Mormon Temple, Temple Beth El, or Great Mosque, but I'm pretty sure that if His Grace wants to build this, he wants to respect the religious beliefs, even if that means "none of the above", of all of us, and I personally agree with him.
And to answer another post here, I *really* like the Hall of Honor, or perhaps Hall of Heroes, but I think fully-period construction would be, in a word, insane.
